We understand that every rental property is unique, and that’s why we offer a bespoke furniture selection and design service. Our team will work with you to create a mood board that perfectly captures your vision for each apartment and amenity space.

Once the design concepts have been approved, we will set out to procure all the elements needed to create the perfect space for your residents.

Delivery and installation made easy

We know that time is of the essence, which is why we offer a hassle-free delivery and installation service.

Our experienced and fully insured installation specialists will ensure that your brand-new interior furnishings are immediately ready to use. We can deliver and install quickly and without disruption throughout the UK (exclusions apply), with charges based on your location.

We even offer tenant key collection and liaison services.

Recycling and removal services

At Kit It Out, we are committed to sustainability. We offer a “Remove and Replace” service that ethically disposes of old, shabby furniture and updates it with fresh, contemporary furniture demanded by today’s rental market.

We sort and separate all cardboard and plastic on-site, and any suitable second-hand furniture is reused and repaired, with donations made to local charities where possible.
